Return Items You Ordered

Return Policy

Items purchased at may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below: 

• Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for the first 90 days after purchase. 

• Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to a Barsetto store or; they must be returned to the Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email the Marketplace retailer directly. 

• Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange

Prepare and Ship Your Return

After you've followed the prompts in the Online Returns Center link above: 

 • Prepare your package for return.Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package. 

 • Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.

Please fill in the return form to get your return number(s) and/or return label(s).

About Return Shipping

Depending on the items you're returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return:

• U.S. Postal Service: We provide you with a postage-paid mailing label to return the package and give it to your postman or take it to your local post office. 

• Any Carrier: We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your mailing label using the carrier of your choice. 

• UPS drop-off: We provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return package and take it to an authorized UPS shipping location. (We'll show you a list of drop-off locations in your area.) This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us. 

• UPS pickup: We contact UPS and arrange for them to pick up your package from your address. This is ideal for large or heavy items that are hard to carry, and if you select this option before 9:00 p.m. Pacific time, UPS will attempt pickup on the next business day. This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us.For more information on the return shipping options, go to About Return Shipping.

Exchanges and Replacements

About Exchanges and Replacements

You can exchange or replace an item through our Online Returns Center if your exchange or replacement meets specific criteria.To exchange your item, the item needs to meet all of the following criteria: 

• Shipped to an address in the U.S. 

• Not sent to you as a gift 

• Shipped and sold by or 

• Not an Add-On item 

• Identical to the item being returned 

• Originally purchased with a credit card 

• Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions) 

 If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

To exchange an item

• Go to My Orders, and then click Return items. 

• Find the order you want to return, and then click Return or Replace items

Tip: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the See more menu. 

• Select the item you want to exchange, and then select a reason from the return menu. 

An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items. 

 Note:If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase we will refund you the difference.This policy refers to color/size exchanges only. Barsetto does not price match.


About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

Where's My Refund?

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

How Refunds Are Issued

When returning an item, you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center.If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your refund fully.

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

*For most items, the return window is 30 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to Your Orders and click Return or Replace Items.
